Hello Beautiful Ladies...


So I do have to work, but I didn’t come in until 8 am so I woke up bright and early and got my leg workout complete. YES!

10 min warmup on an incline of 7 at speed of 4.


Stiff legged deadlifts 3 sets of 15 using 20 lbs dumbbells

Giant set of squats, lunges and wall sits then lunges. Using 20 lbs dumbbells 30 sec wall sits.

Step ups.. one leg at a time and then alternating … 20 reps each

Giant set of frog hops, lunges, frog hops… 15,30, 15

Then finished with a 30 min walk on an incline squeezing my glutes each step.
I know it doesn’t seem like much…but I was beat.

Eats –
Eggwhites, oatmeal, buffmother pill, multi vitamin
Shake, udos
Chicken breast, sweet potato, salad, udos
Elk steak on Ezekiel bread with mustard
Halibut (caught by hubby in Alaska ) with greens and balsamic

Good for you girl! Way to go on the leg workout! I am doing leggies later today and I might just copy your workout. I know it will smoke me!

I see one of the things I really need to do this year when at the gym is write out my training - for legs or UBWO whatever, write out what I'm going to do. Is this what you do? It sounds like it. There are so many choices!!! ;-)
