My head was hurting so bad and I think alot of it had to do with my head being all stuffed up and not draining. SO this cyclone cider.. made with horseradish, garlic, ceyenne pepper, apple cider vinegar and other herbs really works. You take a couple dropper fulls straight and eventually you start draining. GROSS yes.. but hey I am excited to be feeling better and Natural Cures are the only way to go. :)
Cardio COMPLETE and now I am ready to relax.

Neti pots are great to look up for sinus issues. I have chronic sinusitis and have found neti pots help SO m uch. They've helped me stop sinus infections since moving up north :) It's really odd (and gross) at first but ya get used to it :) Essentially it's nasal and sinus irrigation with a saline solution.
I am a thumbs up on the nettie pots too! They are awesome and you will love them once you start using them regularly.

What are these neti pots you speak of? hmmm
Basically it is a small tea pot looking thing that you put warm water and a salt water solution and run it through your sinuses.
Here is a link to a slide show with Dr. Oz that shows how one works. I should have been using it more frequently before I got sicky. But they make a huge difference.
