Tomorrow is Day 1 of an incredible journey. You are not only going to change physically, but mentally and spiritually as well.

I am so honored to be a part of your Body for LIFE challenge. I am so proud of ALL of you for taking this 1st step. I know the before pics were not easy..but you will be showing the world when you have your after pic to go with it.
