Lower body Complete! I tired. Could be partially to my new work schedule.

5 am - 3 pm

I really do like it...I'm just a morning person. :)

I have a love/hate relationship with my workouts. They work..but they HURT so bad.

Off to bed.

I don't know how to copy and paste utube stuff..but I'm going to try. This is unbelievable.

Remember that hamburger you at last year? Well, it might still be there.
